Sunny Beach, June 15, 2026 – Hyatt Inclusive Collection Bulgaria is hosting this year’s edition of the international conference “Erlebe Bulgarien,” which brings together representatives of leading tour operators, airlines, travel agencies, hoteliers, and specialized media from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
As part of the forum, a specialized panel titled “Focus on Tourism on the Black Sea Coast: How to Improve Hotel Standards and Tourism Infrastructure” was held, bringing together representatives from the hotel sector, inbound travel agencies, and government institutions.
The lively discussion included Minister of Tourism Dr. Ilin Dimitrov, Lachezar Todorov—Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors and CEO of Terra Way Investment Group, the parent company of Terra Tour Service, which operates the Hyatt Inclusive Collection in Bulgaria, Ivan Groshev—Chairman of the Association of Incoming Agencies—and Veselin Danev—President of the Bulgarian Hotel Association.
Among the main topics were improving the quality of tourism services, investing in modern infrastructure, the need to expand air connectivity with key markets such as Germany, and opportunities to extend the tourist season beyond the peak summer months.
Participants agreed that Bulgaria’s competitiveness as a tourist destination depends on effective partnerships between institutions, hoteliers, tour operators, and airlines.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of international initiatives such as “Erlebe Bulgarien” for strengthening partnerships with the German tourism industry and for positioning Bulgaria as a year-round destination.
