Helios Lodges Company Ltd. was established in Tanzania in 2018 with the aim of investing and developing tourism and hospitality projects in the National Parks of the country. Three lodges are planned – in the National Parks of Serengeti, Tarangire and Lake Manyara. The construction in Serengeti (Lobo area) began in 2023 and the Kempinski Longosa Lodge Serengeti will open in 2025, together with Kempinski Msasa Lodge Lake Manyara. Kempinski Kitbong Hill Tarangire Lodge will be operational in 2026.

The NgoroNgoro Crater, the fourth natural site that complements the above parks in the composition of the so-called Northern Circuit of Tanzania is another developing project. Concept design provides for a new type of accommodation and will be once again managed by Kempinski S.A.
