Born in 1965, Lachezar Todorov started his carrier in travel management and tour operation in 1990 in Carlson Wagonlit Travel. 2001 marked a serious professional change, when he joined the newly established group of companies around Terra Tour Service LTD, which concentrate the private investment in tourism and hospitality of Terra Way Investments Group LTD. A year later he became CEO of the company itself. In 2001 he also became the CEO of the travel agency and tour-operator of the group – Hornit LTD. In the following years Mr. Todorov managed to concentrate the investment efforts and was instrumental for the growth of the company.
His professional experience grew with his extensive involvement in the relationship with the international hotel management companies, like, Hyatt International, Kempinski, Marriott International, Accor Group, IHG and RIU Hotels & Resorts. On the tour-operating site, Lachezar is well respected due to his long and fruitful history with all tour-operators from the group of TUI, as well as other international and local ones, doing business across Europe, Russia and the CIS countries.
Although hospitality represents the most significant part of the investments, he is responsible for all the other tourism related projects of the group, like the 18-hole golf course, the hunting concessions and some real estate properties in Bulgaria.
In 2018 the global expansion of the group started with the active participation of Lachezar Todorov, who helped identify opportunities and later developed them into the current projects. Mr. Todorov graduated the Moscow State University for International Relations in 1991 with master’s degree in international relations.
Mr. Todorov is a member of the National Tourism Board of Bulgaria.

Nikolina Angelkova was born on the 30 November 1979.
Education: Nikolina Angelkova is a Harvard business school alumni 2010, graduated from the Leadership development program. In April 2023 she completed Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Program for “Global Leadership and Public Policy in the 21st century.” She is Master in Law from the University for National and World economy(UNWE), Sofia and she has specialized financial management of the EU structural funds, regional policy and government to the Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht and the Regional Institute for Public Administration in Nantes, France. She has done a number of executive education programs in Harvard business school for real estate development, negotiations and mergers and acquisitions.
Career: Nikolina Angelkova started in the private sector founding in 2002 the Association of legal development, and then her own consultancy office and was managing companies in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sector. From 2005 till 2007 she was blue book trainee in DG “Environment” in the European Commission and then continued in the European Parliament, as advisor to the BG Chair of the Bulgarian group in EPP. From 2010 till 2014 she was Member of the Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency, then Deputy Minister of Regional Development and EU policy advisor to the President of the Republic. In 2014 she became the first woman caretaker Minister of transport, telecommunications and information technologies. In Nov.2014 she became the first Minister of Tourism in the 2nd Borrisov Government and hold that position until 2020. From 2017 till 2022 she was elected Member of the Parliament in the 44th,45th,46th,47th Bulgarian National Assembly form PP ”GERB”.
In 2014 she was elected Young Global Leader of WEF. In 2018 was awarded with “Stella d ”Italia” by the Italian President. She is part of the Fortute Most Powerful Women Community since 2024

She is working as a corporate lawyer, investment consultant, and advisor in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, deal structures, hospitality and tourism, real estate, transport, culture, sport and entertainment. Working in Europe, GCC, USA and India Project based advisor at the Ministry of Investments in Saudi Arabia;President of Sport of Friends Foundation, local partner of Real Madrid Foundation;Member of the Board of TWIG SA
She speaks English, Italian and Spanish and has working knowledge of French and Russian.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in the tourism, consulting, and IT sectors, combining expertise in finance, business process optimization, team management, and ERP systems. He is currently a Board Member and CFO of Terra Way Investment Group AD, where he leads the group’s financial strategy and investment projects.

He has extensive experience as a director and head in Sofia Municipality and the National Construction Control, as well as a project manager in the private sector. Currently, he is responsible for the Investments Directorate of the company and oversees its global projects.
