Through a process of acquisition, as well as an emphyteutic lease for a period of 99 years, a 20-land plot has been secured in the Southern part of the Island, on its Caribbean coast and 30 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport.

The management of the future Resort has been agreed with Hyatt.

International under the brand of Grand Hyatt, part of the timeless collection, with two areas – for families and for adults only. 38 villas are aimed to be sold and rented back to the hotel operator as Hyatt Residences.

The design, under development by the renowned international architectural and design company WATG provides 326 hotel rooms and suites and 38 villas, several restaurants, including a specialty one perched on a dramatic cliff with stunning 270 degrees views over the Caribbean Sea, the nearby fisherman’s village and the St. Lucia landmark – Grand and Petit Pitons (UNESCO Natural Heritage Site).
