Terra Tour Service Ltd. is the largest company in the holding – both in terms of assets and turnover and concentrates investments on the Black Sea cost of Bulgaria. The company was established in 1992, but its activities in the field of hotels and resorts began in 2000.

With six hotels and resorts, from three to five stars, with more than 2,000 rooms managed under internationally renowned hotel brands, the company is one of the largest in this sector of the market.

The properties are managed by the international Hyatt Hotels & Resorts  as part of their Inclusive Collection under the sub-brands Dreams, Secrets, Alua, AluaSun and Alua Soul(2025).

Four renovated hotel complexes are opening in 2023 as the Inclusive Collection, part of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. The hotels are located along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and are owned by Terra Tour Service Ltd. They have been completely overhauled and refurbished over the past few months to meet the high-quality standards of the Hyatt brand.

At this time, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is the largest international hotel chain in Bulgaria in every respect – both in terms of the number of hotels (7) and number of beds (more than 5,000). It is also interesting to note the variety in terms of the type of hotels – urban (Hyatt Regency Sofia), resort (Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort), seaside (Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & SPA, Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & SPA, Alua Helios Bay and AluaSun Helios Beach), the service provided – accommodation only or all-inclusive, and the category – from three to five stars. Hyatt currently manages hotels under a total of 24 of its brands.

Bulgaria is the third European country where the Inclusive Collection, part of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, is entering, complementing the existing presence of this all-inclusive brand in Spain and Greece.

Two of the hotels are located in the luxurious resort. Sunny Beach, on the border with St. Vlas. The hotel is located on the border of Sunny Beach, on the border with the resort of Sunny Beach, and the city of Vlas.

Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa has 335 rooms and is designed for adults only. Adjacent to it and just steps from the beachfront is Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa, the second hotel in the Hyatt Inclusive Collection.  It is a family-oriented hotel with 597 rooms and a variety of amenities for a relaxing family vacation.

The AluaSun Helios Beach and Alua Helios Bay hotel complexes are located in the peaceful coastal town of Obzor.
