At its regular meeting held on April 16, 2026, following the preliminary agenda, the Board of Directors of Terra Way Investment Group (TWIG) approved the 2025 financial statements and discussed and reviewed the projected results for the first quarter of this year.
The Board of Directors also approved changes to the company’s management structure, as well as personnel changes.
To optimize coordination and enhance the efficiency of management decision-making, a new operational committee is being established in addition to the existing two committees—the Budget Committee, chaired by Stilian Iliev, and the Tender Committee, chaired by Lachezar Todorov—which will be directly responsible for operational management.
The Operating Committee is chaired by Lachezar Todorov, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and its members are Dmitry Florinski, Chief Operating Officer; Stilian Iliev, member of the TUIG Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer; Vladi Kalinov – member of the TUIG Board of Directors and Director of the Investments Division; Katya Nacheva – a new addition to the Terra Way Investment Group team as Director of the Human Resources Division.
According to the decisions of the Board of Directors, Lachezar Todorov, the former Chief Operating Officer, assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer of Terra Way Investment Group, with his responsibilities focused on development and investment projects. Mr. Todorov represents the company at high-level international forums and conferences.
Dmitry Florinski, previously Director of Corporate Governance Coordination and Budget Compliance, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. His portfolio includes TUIG’s operations in the Bulgarian market, encompassing the operational management of the TTS, TTR, and BND hotels. Mr. Florinski oversees the implementation of the approved budget within the scope of these operations.
The Board of Directors has relieved Daniela Hristova of her duties as Director of Human Resources, expressing gratitude for her work and the results achieved to date.
The Human Resources department will be led by Katya Nacheva. Ms. Nacheva has over 17 years of experience in this field, gained at large companies in various sectors:
- Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD – energy and petroleum products sales
- IKEA Bulgaria – sales
- MVF Group – non-bank financial institution
- National Industrial Zones Company – public sector, under the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
- Bulgarian Posts EAD, public sector, under the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
